Annotating is the core of Edji, and is what allows teachers and students to read together and start a discussion in Edji. We believe that there are many ways for readers to express themselves and their thoughts about the text, so we have included 3 different ways to annotate:
1. Emoji Comments
2. Text Comments
3. Audio Comments
How do I annotate?
In order add an annotation, you start by highlight a section of the text. This is the text that your comment will be attached to, so choose text that you are intending to annotate.
Once you highlight, you will have the options of ‘New’ and ‘View’. To create your own annotation, click new. From this window, you can now add your own text, emoji, and/or audio.
